Details of Experience:
Ms.S was admitted to the Creekside Center on Tuesday, March 11th, from Hendersonville Medical Center. She chose Creekside based on a previous experience that a close family member had when they were a patient here.
Ms. S was met by our wonderful nursing and therapy team to create a plan to get her feeling better and back to her normal day to day activities. Ms. S loves to sit and chat with anyone. She is glad to be continuing doing therapy and very happy with her choice of Creekside.
Ms. S was in the hospital due to being diagnosed with the Flu. They recommended skilled services to get her better and help regain strength. She has been making improvements across the board working with multiple therapists here at Creekside. Specifically Joe and Regine have been incredibly helpful and “make her work real hard.”
She enjoys the therapy sessions and is proud of herself for standing up between the parallel bars. Her goal is to regain her strength and independence and get back home to her normal routine. She enjoys sitting out in the courtyard and breathing in the fresh air. She especially loves when her therapy sessions can be outdoors. She enjoys various games, many music genres, and enjoys socializing.
Ms. S has been working hard while here at Creekside. She is hoping to continue to receive more therapy to maximize her opportunity and ensure a good outcome. We are so glad that she chose to do her rehabilitation journey with Creekside and we wish her nothing but the best!
