Kimberly Savage, RN
Director of Nursing
Kimberly began her career in healthcare when she graduated from Tennessee State University in 2013, working as a Registered Nurse in Long-Term Care. She worked her way up the ladder, in that same community, for eight years from night shift Charge Nurse to the Director of Nursing. It was while training at a Long-Term Care Facility, during one of her clinical rotations, she discovered her love and passion in caring for the geriatric population. Kim truly loves that Long-Term Care provides her the opportunity to spend more time on a one-on-one basis with the clients and their families. She truly gets to know the residents and see the difference we are making in their day to day lives. As the Director of Nursing at Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Health, she knows that we are providing outstanding care and the excellent customer service that our residents and their families expect and deserve.
