Jade Townsend

Jade has been with the CareRite organization for five years and is proud to serve as the Director of Concierge Services at Creekside, following her time at our sister community Green Hills. She is passionate about being a consistent source of support and friendship, ensuring that every resident, patient, and family feels seen, valued and cared for through making genuine connections and acts of kindness. Jade is excited to continue growing in this role and further expanding her knowledge to enhance the experience of those we serve.
